As a Plastics Engineering Consultant with over 25 years of experience in world-class plastic manufacturing in both the U.S. and Mexico, Miguel assists customers with their molding projects from inception to completion.
He possesses extensive expertise in transferring molding projects from overseas to Mexico and the USA, establishing plastic manufacturing operations, and overseeing the technical aspects of molding operations.
Miguel boasts a robust technical background and specializes in high-precision injection molding processes, as well as plastic part and tool design.
He currently holds Master Molder II certification from RJG Technologies and earned a Master's Degree in Manufacturing Systems, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering.
His areas of expertise include scientific molding, quality control, new product validation, resin selection, mold critique and refurbishment, as well as molding troubleshooting.
